A real estate portfolio built to move from the range of opportunities to the details of one property.
THE BRIEF
The problem to solve.
Present very different properties in one coherent portfolio. A visitor needs to find the relevant opportunity and then reach its supporting material without losing context.
THE APPROACH
How the site responds.
We used a restrained navy and gold identity and made the portfolio the primary route from the homepage. Individual opportunities can carry their own imagery and details while the top-level navigation stays simple.
DESIGN DECISIONS
What to notice.
- A direct “View opportunities” action gives the first screen a clear job.
- Property images and materials carry the detail; the surrounding site stays quiet.
- A separate contact route lets a visitor discuss a specific property.
